Please review the following policies before your appointment:
- Power & Water Access Our mobile detailing services will require access to a standard power outlet and water spigot at your location. If access is not available, please let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.
-Utility usage is minimal, and clients are not responsible for any additional costs.
-Some stains, pet hair, and sand may be too deeply embedded in carpet fibers to remove completely. While we always give our best effort, we can not guarantee full removal of these though spots.
- Pricing Prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requests. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair removal, sand removal, and excessive stains may incur an additional fee.
- Final pricing will always be discussed and confirmed with you before work begins.
- Weather Policy: Because we are a mobile service, appointments may need to be rescheduled in the event of severe weather. We will work with you to find the earliest available date.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Liability While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Signature Care Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or loose parts, or items left inside the vehicle.
